BMIDI 2 SDK Installment

The BMIDI 2 SDK is a software development kit for adding, removing and using virtual MIDI ports in your own application running on Windows, MacOS and iOS. It is targeted to software developers and software manufacturers.

Accessing the SDK material (including example code, driver installer, and extensive documentation), using the SDK example code in your applications, and redistributing the BMIDI 2 installer requires a license from Bome Software.

This split license payment in multiple installments is only available on request. Purchasing this installment will grant you a redistribution license for one year.

 
With your payment, you agree to the following License Terms:

• You are granted non-exclusive rights to the BMIDI 2 SDK and to use its example code and libraries in your products for one year following the purchase date
• You are granted non-exclusive, perpetual, world-wide redistribution rights of the BMIDI 2 installer in
  binary form
• we provide limited integration support on request
• we provide future updates on request; BMIDI 2.x updates are free of charge
• you may not distribute any part of the SDK in source or textual form outside of your organization
• you may not use BMIDI 2 in products where the main function consists of virtual MIDI ports
• you may not use BMIDI in current or future products which are directly competing with products of
  Bome Software: https://www.bome.com/products
• This is one of multiple installments. Every installment extends the license by one year. For the last installment, the full license needs to be purchased (with appropriate discount code) to make the license perpetual.
