BMIDI 2 SDK Non-I/O License

This is the non-i/o license of the BMIDI 2 SDK (on invitation only).

This is a one-time fee, allowing you to access the BMIDI 2 SDK and granting you distribution rights of the BMIDI 2 installer in binary form.

After payment, the SDK download will be sent to you personally via email.

The non-i/o license gives you access to the BMIDI 2 SDK and to deploy the BMIDI driver installer (without the BMIDI_UNLOCK functionality). For a full BMIDI 2 license with i/o, you can purchase the full BMIDI 2 redistribution license, where this fee for the non-i/o license will be credited.

The SDK documents and binary files will be sent via email (personally).
Limited integration supported is included with this BMIDI 2 non-i/o license.

With your payment, you agree to the following License Terms:

• you are granted non-exclusive, perpetual rights to access the BMIDI 2 SDK and to use its example code and libraries in your products, excluding the BMIDI_Unlock functionality.
• you are granted non-exclusive, perpetual, world-wide re­distri­bution rights of the BMIDI 2 installer in binary form
• we provide limited integration support on request
• we provide future updates on request; BMIDI 2.x up­dates are free of charge
• you may not distribute any part of the SDK in source or textual form outside of your organization
• you may not use BMIDI 2 in products where the main function consists of providing virtual MIDI ports
• you may not use BMIDI in products which are directly com­pe­ting with products of Bome Soft­ware or with Bome products available in the web shop.
