New! Bome Network 1.7
It’s here at last: version 1.7 of our MIDI networking and routing app: Bome Network. We’ve packed this release with some exciting new features, bug fixes, and many improvements throughout the application. Whether you’re on Windows, macOS, Linux, Raspberry Pi, iPhone, or iPad, you can start using the new version today.
What’s new:
- Add-On: MIDI Translator BN (see below)
- Network MIDI 2.0 (using MIDI 1.0)

- New toolbar
- In-app alerts and error messages instead of pop-up dialogs
- Configurable window scaling (text size/zoom)

New! Add-On Bome MIDI Translator BN
Many users of Bome MIDI Translator Pro have asked us for a player version. We’ve also received requests for a way to run the MIDI translations on Linux or on an iPad. With the new Bome MIDI Translator BN add-on for Bome Network, all of this—and much more—is now possible: it is a player for your translation projects (*.bmtp files) built into Bome Network. You can use it even if you don’t need any networking features. Note: to edit or create translation project files, use Bome MIDI Translator Pro.

BomeBox 2 Status
Unfortunately, we’ve encountered a delay in the FCC certification process for the BomeBox 2. As a result, we’ve had to postpone the expected release to fall 2026. We appreciate your patience and look forward to bringing BomeBox 2 to you as soon as certification is complete.
