Hi.
I bought a MIDI Translator Pro today.But when I received the mail about License Key,I found the License Key is empty.I tried to paste the mail,but it can’t work.what’s wrong with my License Key?Or did I do something wrong?

My apologies for this issue. We need your “English” name to generate a license key. I’ll contact you via email.

This had been resolved before we saw it here in the forum. Our license system cannot deal (yet) with international characters.

Hi,

I’m alerting Florian of your issue in case there is something wrong with License key generation.  Until then, you should be able to log in to your Bome account and the go to My Products, where the license key should be visible. You should then be able to copy and paste the key into MT Pro.
