Well, by looking at description, it looks like it uses a Windows mouse driver.
Bome MIDI translator does not currently support mouse input to MIDI conversion so it will not work without additional software that can convert mouse actions to MIDI.
It happens that I have a helper application for MT Pro that might help called MIDIBuddy It still requires Bome MIDI translator Pro to work. It basically takes mouse data and converts to System Exclusive MIDI messages that MT Pro can then use as input and convert to any outgoing action than MT Pro supports.
