Can i map in Midi Translator Pro Alt or Ctrl and key to stay press untill i push again the button from midi?

Well, yes and no. You can send Ctrl or Alt by just sending a keystroke down message and then later release it my sending keystroke up message. However since Windows handles all keyboards as one, you might get unpredictable behavior if you actually also press and release the physical key on your keyboard in between. You should give it a try and see if it behaves for your for your particular need and application. Since you mentioned Alt and Cntl and not Option and Command, I assume you are on a PC. I’ve had pretty good luck doing this most of the time on PC as long as I can keep my hands away from the keyboard.
