KEYSTROKE TO KEYSTROKE

Hi all.

This is my problem. I created a translator that is suppoused to change the key pressed to another assigned, eg: INCOMING keystroke (P) > OUTGOING key (1). BOME¬† certainly executed the translation but it outputs the inoming keystroke first followed by the outgoing key. This is: it types the (P) character first and then the (1) character. what is going wrong. Isin’t it suppoused to output only the outgoing character?

Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Unfortunately Bome MIDI Translator does not suppress the incoming keystrokes ever. So keystroke to MIDI (or mouse)  and MIDI to keystroke (or mouse), or MIDI to MIDI are really the only viable options.

If you are on Windows PC, I could suggest you take a look at AutoHotkey which has the capability to suppress incoming keystrokes.
