Greetings,

Add a program option to close (click X) to tray.

Hi, 

This is kind of there.  On Windows, if you go to the Menu View->Settings -> Appearance. Check the box that says "Minimize to Tray", then MT Pro will Minimize to tray if you hit the minimize button instead of to the task bar. However, hitting X will still close the program.

From what I understand, you want closing the window with X to also Minimize to tray similar to what Skype does instead of closing the application . Is this correct?

Yeah. Clicking the X would minimize the program to the tray and exit would be by way of right clicking the tray icon and selecting exit.
