License is personal
-------------------
Every license is bound to one single person. Licenses that are
purchased by a company should be assigned to one employee, who
is the only one who can use it.


One at a time
-------------
One license allows you to run the software only on one physical
device (computer, phone, tablet) at a time.
Multi-Licenses like "Bome Network Pro (5 devices)" entitle you
to run the software on the given number of devices simultaneously.


Examples
--------
- it's OK to have the software installed on a desktop and on a
  laptop as long as you don't run both of them at the same time.
- it's OK to start multiple instances of the same software using
  one license on the same computer, also across virtual machines.


Different OS Licenses (MacOS, Windows, ...)
-------------------------------------------
One license entitles you to run the software on any supported
operating system, provided you do not run it at the same time on
multiple different physical devices.


Marketing Clause
----------------
Licenses purchased via our web shop at www.bome.com/shop entitles
Bome Software Gmbh & Co. KG to use the name of the customer to
promote the purchased product.

Company wide licenses, bulk licenses, class-room, non-marketing
