Transparent Bitmap - help

Post by Trinity » Thu Apr 21, 2011 2:17 pm

Hello I can add a bmp to my window thanks to your advice but unfortunately I dont kno how to make it transparent? The WS_EX_TRANSPARENT flag and adding white/magenta color doesnt help to make it transparent :)

maybe use a transparent bmp? There are "new" bmp types (32 bits) with alpha channel.

Restorator doesn't always display transparent images correctly. It may still correctly assign it in the resources. Have you tried?
