Internal Error message! HELP!

Hi,

I just purchased the Pro MT version for my Vista 64-bit pc and when I go to download it, it gives me this message:

Internal error: failed to expand shell folder constant "userdocs"

Does anyone know what this means or how to fix it?? I'd hate to waste $90!

Hi Rob,

as discussed by email, we cannot reproduce this problem. It might be related to the folder "My Documents" being on a network drive, or on a drive not accessible. I've found a
similar issue online where it was suggested to reset your "My Documents" folder to the default location, then install MT, and then set your My Documents folder back to its original location.

If anybody else has this problem, please contact us so that we may possibly learn more about this issue.
