Mouse Keyboard cannot remove Midi Time Code messages, and it can pass through all real time messages. It does not support MIDI sync per se, since it is a real-time program with no start/stop functionality. It just plays the notes that you press.

What would you want to use MIDI sync in Mouse Keyboard?

oops, I meant: it *can* remove MIDI Time Code messages, by unselecting Midi Time Code under options. If you enable MIDI Time COde, and enable MIDI THru, then MK should pass on any MTC messages to the selected MIDI Out port.
