Hello.

I am currently using Mac OSX and I am happy with this.
Is it possible to run MT in virtual PC and make it communicate with Live running in OSX?

Though I have not tried, I'm pretty sure it won't work. MT simulates keystrokes that will only have an effect in the virtual machine, i.e. the virtual machine will receive the keystrokes, but not the host OS, i.e. OSX.

I am thinking of a Mac OSX port of MT, but I don't even have a Mac yet...

:D

There are tons of dedicated mac users that will be thrilled. After all, this is still a big platform in the music business.

Make a donation section here. I will be the first to donate for your Mac

It shouldn´t be to hard. After all, OSX is unix.
in general you're right, but MT needs some OS-specific features and will need
the non-UNIX Mac technologies Carbon (for GUI and multitasking), and CoreAudio (for MIDI). Both I don't know (yet).

OK, I'm opening "donations" for a Mac port. Each donation will be deductable for a license of MT.

You can give me an arbitrary amount here:

Thanks! I'll keep you updated on the progress.
