Double condition

Hi, I'm trying to use a "double if" rule. I mean" if… AND if… then"…
Is it possible ?
Example :
if ga=1 -> cc 72
if ge+1 -> cc 70
if ga=1 AND ge =1 -> cc 70

Anyone to answer me ? Thanks a lot guys. It's a bit urgent, need it for an upcoming concert.
