Suppress Keystroke

Have searched for this but have a feeling I may have been staring straight at the answer! If that's the case then soz.

I want to convert incoming keystrokes but I want to also suppress them.

i.e If I press the q key I want to send a midi message (or simulate "r" key being pressed) but I DON'T want the focus window to realize that the q key has been pressed.

A bit like turning midi thru off but for the keyboard.

Is it possible?

Thanks,

Gav

Hi Gav,

currently, this is not possible. I can add this to MT PRO, but there will be applications which will receive the keystroke nonetheless, if they use direct ways of receiving keystrokes.

I've added it to the feature request list.

Thanks,
Florian
