Stray 411's Setup

Hey guys, I'm pretty new to Bome, but out of everything I've seen so far, this has been the best set up in my opinion.
How do I go about doing these things? Like mapping Shift+1-8 to completely change the banks is pure genius, and then the custom layout on each bank?
