MT Pro produce high cpu spikes

Hi,
i'm using MT Pro on W7 Ultimate x64 (SP1).
When MT Pro is opened (or in system tray) active, i get massive dropouts in all of my audio applications.
It's no difference if i try it with Cubase 5 Ableton live, Wavelab or Traktor 1.24 from NI.
If i closed MT Pro all all is fine again. I'm using the lastest version.

My Machine is a Core 7 920xm 12GB RAM 120GB SSD and all latest fixes from MS.

Hi Wurlitzer,

this is an annoying thing! I have tested with Windows 7 Enterprise SP1, 64-bit and cannot reproduce this issue. Task manager shows 0% CPU usage even when translating MIDI.

Maybe you have a MIDI feedback routing? Does it use CPU resources when you
- close the project file
- close all MIDI ports
?
