Can't delete Midi Thru Connections

Hi,
so far I think MTPro is pretty cool. Unfortunately I'm having a serious problem deleting various midi thru connections. I select the connection, press the delete button and nothing happens. After that MTPro is frozen and I have to shut it down with the taskmanager. I'm really desperate, cause I've put a lot of work into the preset.....
I'm using windows XP service pack 3

sorry for the late reply. Have you been able to resolve this issue? For me, deleting routes works fine...
