midi cc / on off

hi guys,

i need to configure a software (pod farm by line 6) that don't accept midi note but MIDI CC, Pitch Wheel and/or Bank & Program Change instead,
I need to turn off/on a button, when i insert for example "BF 2F xx " it only
turn it off , i tried "key pressed up and down" no luck, by mistake i wrote a unknown/not supported code "MID1e0 v1 v2" that
seems arbitrary/sometimes that works in toggling the on/off button.

Maybe try sending the values 00 and 127 (7F) as the velocity for a CC, toggling between them, like how a standard Note message works...

I think you need to go into more detail if this doesn't work.
