Problem with POD XT Live Midi Out messages

I want to use my Line6 Pod XT Live as a foot-controller, to remote control Ableton Live, via the MIDI port of my M-Audio Firewire 1814. I tried to set up things so that I can change many parameters at the same time pressing just one button (yes, again as Kid Beyond does, using keystrokes as explained many times in the forum), but there is something wrong with the midi out messages sent from my POD XTL.
It seems to me that buttons A B C D (which I use to change presets) send the same midi message. I captured a couple of screenshots of what Bome's Midi Translator actually "sees" from the midi out of XTL:

It looks like 2 messages are sent out of the midi port when I press button A: the first one is C0 00 (that is Bank 1 Preset A), the second is B 07 07F. When I press button B I get C0 01 (that is Bank 1 Preset B), and again B 07 07F. I believe what matters for Ableton is the second message received, but this is the same for all A B C D buttons. If they would be sent in reverse order, I woudn't probably have any problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

why can't you just ignore the B0 07 7F message and just setup translators for the C0 00 (or C0 01, or...) messages?
