1 note-off midi message instead of 60

Hi there
I was wondering if it possible to send one note-off midi message to all the keys on a keyboard instead of sending 60 individual note-off midi messages.

Found out that cc 123 is all notes off. If MT can use that, how would I fit that into a translator´s outgoing in channel 2 (81 xx xx)
