Does anyone have any experience receiving midi messages from a midi foot controller and then forwarding them on to a midi input on a DMX Light Controller? I don't know how to format the midi message to the DMX controller for things like a scene change, bank, blackout or a chase.

Ok, then it will be simple to connect your controllers through MT.
I am wondering if it is possible to take advantage of these internal controls on your DMX unit. If it is, then we will probably need a list of SYSEX commands that your unit recieves, which I have been looking for but I don't know what the exact product is. Can you point me to what your lighting controller is?

I can't find any data about the MIDI messages your controller sends/recieves, not even in the Manual.
Usually controllers recive the same MIDI messages that it sends, but I doubt when you change banks/modes that it will send any data out... Can you check?
Do you have any sources of the MIDI controllable functions of your own?
