Leave carriage returns in rules entries

For me, it would help if the carriage returns were left in the rules after a session of writing code. I like to leave an empty line between sections of the code. That way I can create visual divisions, making the intent of the code easier to grasp.

Yes, this will come in version 2.0. Thanks for the request though!
