Display custom messages on-screen for Mac?

Hi all. I know this isn't really a MT question but it's sort-of related....

Does anyone know if there's a way for MT (or another app) to display a customized message on-screen when certain MIDI messages are received? I'm using MT to trigger patch changes in several plugins within Live and it'd be handy to have some type of message appear on-screen to tell me which patch has just been selected i.e. MIDI patch change #01 is sent, and a message appears on-screen saying "Patch 01 [Screaming Brass]"....or something along those lines.

at the moment we have no possibilty to do this, but there is a feature on our list to do that.
