bomes osx wont open

hi guys avin a bit of trouble opening up bomes, i click on my down link and download but cant open the programe, mac asks me to chose a application to open with so i downloaded the trial version but mac wont let me select it ??
any ideas ?

are you sure you downloaded the Mac version? The PC version has filename extension .exe. The Mac version can currently (01/2009) only be downloaded from this page:
http://www.bome.com/midi/translator/osx.html
