Holding button down repeats action, releasing stops?

I know this is probably pretty simple but I'm new to this program and just learning.

What I want to do is fairly simple. I'm using the translator with M-Audio Torq and want to scroll up and down through the track list assigning a midi button on my ddm4000 to scroll up and another to scroll down. But I don't want to have to press the button each time I want to move from one selection to another. I want it to continue to trigger the 'Up' arrow until I release the button.

Help?

forget it I figured it out. It's outlined in the manual.
