Create a toggle button with MT classic?

I was wondering if it is possible to make one of my buttons into a toggle button.

meaning.

if i hit this button it will send a midi - on signal and when i hit the button again it will send a midi-off signal.

i know this is possible with MT Pro, but i was wondering if its possible with MT classic.

yes, I think there is a way to do this: use 2 presets. Then, in each preset define two translators:
1) do one action/other action
2) switch to the other preset
