pitch bend remapped and relaid out?

Any easy way with the variables to convert pitch bend in it's 14bit glory to CC#11 and THEN, map so that all the way left is 0, center is 127, and all the way right is 0. Basically I'm using to crossfade a Stanton CD scratcher. My big keyboard assigns easily to this however I thought I'd set up a preset to use any keyboard bender to do this. Thanks for your help.

not too distant from now. MT Pro beta is very stable, no significant bug reports so far. So we worked on the UI and features

First, though, expect a new beta.
