shift and alt keys in serato

hi love your work, having a little trouble in serato i cant seem to get the ctrl keys and alt keys to trigger things off in serato live eg.. to trigger loops you need to press ctrl and comma together but the program does not regester it the lights light up all the way on the icon but nothing in serato do i have to do something else to get them to go off at the same time iam using 1.4 but i downloaded the new 1.5 and still nothing???? can you or any one help me i know its probably the most simple thing

in MT's outgoing action, you can easily set up Keystrokes with key combinations, they'll be displayed as, e.g. "Ctrl(,)" for Ctrl+comma.
