Serato Problem

Hi, im tim. I from malaysia. Im new on this site. Hope that i in the right place for my question. I just download midi translator 1.5 trial version, for using with my serato n bcd2000. The problem i facing was, when i start serato, a popup windows show that, usb interface not connected. Why is it happen, is it my fault or serato have to work together with SSL hardware? Please help me on this. Thank you.

I don't know what can be your problem. Maybe someone on the Serato homepage can help better?

usually when i get that I just unplug the serato box and plug it back in and it goes away

well, seems to be a problem in Serato drivers...
