CC Ramp to emulate swell or fade

hello guys, it's my first post here I'd need some help.
is there any way to program a midi value ramp triggered by, for example, a midi note, in Midi Translator? the idea would be to simulate a volume swell/modulation ramp when I trigger a particular command.

It is possible to hold a single MIDI with to change volume/modulation. To give you a good example code, though, can you give me a bit more information? What kind of swell or ramp are you looking for? Do you want the swell to get more intense when the button is pressed harder or softer? Is it tied to a MIDI clock?
