AKAI APC 40-BOME-QUICKSHOW

Hello All,
I'm a total novice when it comes to Bome S/W & have never used it nor understand it
I purchased it to connect my AKAI APC 40 to Laser SW - QuickShow. I was able to purchase a . bmtp file where most of APC 40 buttons have been mapped.
My challenge is - when i use the file on my laptop I can play with most of the buttons of APC but if I use the same file on my desktop few of the APC buttons do not respond.
Secondly -What device do I select in my input port & output port in Bome midi translator.
Any suggestion or solution will be much appreciated.

Hi Kama

First, I would recommend reading the manual to cover the basics of the software.

Second, I don't know why different computers would recognize different buttons from the some controller. You should be setting your input device as the APC40 ports, and your output as a virtual MIDI port. In Laser SW - Quickshow you need to set your MIDI input port to the Virtual MIDI Port you selected in the previous step.
