Dear forum,

I am sorry if this has been answered before, but I can not find the answer.

I would like to get my trusty old FCB1010 Expression pedals on a specific CC no. to send out Pitchbend Wheel Data to my synth in Ableton LIVE.

What I have done so far:
I know PBW data is a dedicated MIDI Message going by the E0 MIDI Message.
I´ve looked at the PBW data my keyboard sends out via the "Capture MIDI".
I´ve set up a translator:
INCOMING BF 1E pp (CC30 on Channel16)
(the FCB pedal is configured to sent out values between 64 and 127 - for all I need right now is a pitchbend up)
OUTGOING E0 qq pp (Pitchbend#1)

It didn´t work.

Probadly it work with the rules, but I am to new to this ;)
So any help would be great.

regards,
Tom

Sorry for the late reply. I believe that your setup is correct. You're using the variable qq, but you don't define it anywhere, so you could do it just like this:

INCOMING: BF 1E pp
OUTGOING: E0 00 pp

Are the MIDI ports properly selected and "open" in MIDI Translator?

Please post the output of the Log Window (everything activated) what happens if you move the expression pedal.

Thanks!
