Opened/Closed MIDI Port Trigger Suggestion

It would be nice if when plugging a recognized/used device in, it could initiate itself, similar to Project Opened trigger.
I would think this could be possible as the log window displays specific device names when they're plugged in.

that's a good idea. I've actually frequently needed such a function in my MT projects!
