Sending data (global variable values) to external apps?

Hi!

I know we can launch executables (apps) from Midi Translator. Is it possible to send data to these apps from Midi translator, such as the values to of the global variables, and then regularly update the app as states change.

Been nice to make other apps do things based on the state of a MT session. Sorry if this has been asked before!

Sorry for the delay in response.

What kind of data do you want to send to external applications? You can send global variable data via MIDI values, if the software you're sending data to receives MIDI.
