Hi, we haven't tested with WiFi MIDI devices so far, because the BomeBox does not support RTP-MIDI (yet) which is likely necessary for that. The main use of WiFi is to enter the web config from an iPad or similar, or to wirelessly connect a BomeBox to other BomeBoxes or to computers using the built-in network MIDI protocol.
We will provide RTP-MIDI as a firmware upgrade later on.
