BOSS GT6

A user sent this question:

I have downloaded about 4 programs to send/received patches between my device(BOSS GT 6). with every program sofar I am able to send files to the GT6 but cannot send anything to the PC. I have read all the instructions 10 time over but cannot seem to find what I am doing wrong.
I am running windows XP

Some people report problems with Windows XP. I cannot reproduce these problems. Maybe could you try Send SX on a different computer? This would be only to find out if this is a regular problem with GT6 or sporadic.
