When I run the command line Restorator shows the save as dialog box and I have to hit ok to continue. This only happens when the destination file does NOT exist. So if app.exe does not exists, then I get prompted. If the directory already contains app.exe, it gets renamed to app1.exe and the app.exe gets created with out user interaction. This is a problem because it obviously wrecks an automatic process.
