Hey all,

Im a newbie with using restorator and think it has some cool potential. What i was wondering tho, can i use restorator to strip those annoying adds that appear in the upper part of AOL instant messenger? sometimes they play sound, or even video and i hate that! If anyone knows if this is possible please let me know! any ideas are appreciated. Thanks everyone!

great question! I'm pretty sure that the ads are loaded from the Internet, so you can't just remove them from the resources. But you may have better luck removing the container (in a dialog or so) that contains the ads. just give it a try, or maybe someone else in the forums here has done that.
