dll doesn't opens

i have a problem - i try to look inside in one of the dll from the Windows Mobile but on the same computers (Win XP Seervice Pack2) i get different results - on one of the computers I ca see content of the dll (all resources) but on the second - restorator don't show anything - like dll is empty
some other people mention this problem too

are you sure that you use the exact same version of Restorator on both computers?

yes - i use v 3.51 on both computers
