Easier icon and file replacement

This is what I would really appreciate:

• On the left hand side you can choose the file that contains the bmps you want and on the right hand side you choose which bmp to replace.

you can do this to some degree by enabling "Single Icons and Cursors" in the advanced settings. You'll see a new resource hierarchy with one entry per icon format. You can drag .bmp's on these single icons to selectively only change that size/format icon.
