Virtual keyboard with cubase sx3

hey, i am trying to get the keyboard to work with cubase sx3 but i cant get cubase to receive any midi info from it
i went into the device setup in cubase and all it gives me is a some wavetabnle sytnh garbage for midi output and no opition for midi input, any ideas ?

you'll probably need to install a virtual MIDI loopback port, please see the tutorial for more info.
