How to bypass certain MIDI messages in MIDI Thru mode?

Hi there,
I bought BMT recently and I want a really simple thing, but I can't find out how to do it. Feeling like an idiot.

I want my Akai APC40 to work with Serato DJ at it's full potential. I decided to use MIDI Router (APC40 -> Virtual Out 1 (I set Serato DJ to use this one)) to let APC40 do most of the work and spare me from writing unnecessary translators. I need certain buttons to send same MIDI messages while holding them (I need this for sampler hold play mode) and without BMT it works as I want to.

However, there are lot of buttons which I need to translate and here is my problem. When I create a translator for a button and specifically set MIDI Output to Virtual Out 1 the MIDI Router also send the untranslated message to Virtual Out 1 and the translator don't work at all.

How can I let certain messages go thru translators and rest thru MIDI Router?

Thanks for help.

Hi Emzac

Can you make sure, in the translators that are causing you issues, the Swallow check box is selected in the Name section?

Thanks
